I usually make the Best of the best blueberry muffin recipe but decided to try this one. The batter is very thick which I found different but the muffins turned out great. They are more of a dense muffin. I liked the streusel topping. I got 6 large muffins out of the recipe. Mine easily came out of the pan no issues with them falling apart. Some changes I made: used only whole wheat flour, cut the streusel topping in half, added 1/2 tsp vanilla, used brown sugar for topping and used buttermilk. I baked mine for 24 mins at 400. I will definitely use this recipe again.
