Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
My b/f prepared this using boneless pork chops instead of a pork tenderloin and substituted a few canned chilis in adobo sauce and it didn't turn out well. In fact, it had almost no flavor. I think we will try it again using the tenderloin and I will buy the Chipotle chili powder.

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf
This recipe was just ok for my family. I expected it be great based on the reviews, but I wasn't overly impressed. I followed the instructions as written and although the meatloaf was moist, I would have prefered it to be a little crispy around the edges. The sauce was tangy (a change from the usual sauce on meatloaf), but I didn't care for it. We won't prepare this agafin.

Quick Cheeseburger Pie
I made this recipe last night for dinner but modified it a bit after reading the reviews. I used a Pillsbury pie crust (which I pre-baked), added steak seasoning, worstershire sauce, black pepper, red pepper flakes and a can of diced tomatoes. I thought it was pretty good, but I think the pickle flavor was too overpowering. My 15 y/o daughter said it should have been named "pickle pie" and she did not like it at all. next time I will decrease the pickle juice or omit it all together.
