Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
These muffins were excellent! I used all whole wheat flour and didn't have wheat germ or blackberries. I used a little extra honey and 2 cups of frozen blueberries. Yummy, yummy! And I froze the leftovers and they are great reheated in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Banana Pudding V

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
This is a fabulous banana pudding...not only is it yummy, but it is relatively good for you. I downsized the recipe and used one cheesecake and one vanilla sugar-free instant pudding. I also didn't have any sour cream, so I didn't include it in the pudding. I also used extra splenda because I thought it couldn't hurt. Yummy!

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2008
yummy, yummy, yummy! I had gotten on all recipes to get a frozen fruit salad recipe, and this one came up in my search. It was a yummy, sweet, summery salad to accompany my main course! I used splenda instead of sugar and fat free whipped topping to make it lower cal.

Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2007
This recipe was very easy and figure-friendly! It was also yummy. Great with icecream on top. I used vanilla cook and serve pudding instead of corn starch and apple juice because I didn't have apple juice. It turned out really good. I cooked 30 minutes on 350 and it didn't seem browned enough so I cooked 10 minutes on 410 and it was more crunchy.

Whole Wheat Toasting Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
This was the first bread I have ever made from scratch, so I was very excited when it came out looking so beautiful and golden...It had a perfect texture inside and out. Next time I am going to try margarine instead of shortening. I feel the shortening left an odd after taste in the bread. It is still quite yummy with butter and jam, but you can taste the shortening when you eat it plain. Overall, great bread recipe!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
I only use whole wheat flour, so I didn't follow this recipe exactly. I am sure they would have been delicious with white flour...but if you are a wheat eater, DON'T use wheat...they were bready. They tasted like chocolate chip bread.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

This was the first time I have ever roasted a chicken! It was amazing! I looked like a pro! The chicken was so juicy and the skin was really yummy! Even the white meat was juicy! It just fell off of the bone!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2013
I halfed the sugar in this recipe and added a cup of bananas because I only had a cup of blueberries. I also subbed 1 cup of whole wheat flour for all purpose. I also didn't have sour cream so I used greek yogurt. As you see, I changed the recipe a good bit. But these muffins are really yummy! Next time I will not 1/2 the sugar, because I ended up frosting them because they weren't sweet enough, but the texture of these muffins was really great! They are also really pretty. I had batter leftover so I made a blueberry loaf. I iced it as well. Yummy! Thanks for the idea to put sour cream in.

Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2013
The items for the marinade were already in my fridge/pantry, so I tried this one over some of the other marinades. It is fabulous! Who would have known this easy combination would be so yummy! Great bread dipping sauce when the pork drips on your plate, too.
