Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
I used my bread machine and let them get really big on the 2nd rise. These were awesome!

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
I wanted to use up some blueberry flavored greek yogurt I bought because it tasted horrible but I figured it would be ok to bake with. This cake turned out wonderful, the kids loved it!

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas
Very good! I used precooked chicken to cut down on the prep time. And I always butter the tortillas before heating them.
