Sausage and Cheese Crescent Squares from Pillsbury

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2013
Good but not as flaky as I thought. Next time I think I will try it with puff pasty instead. I also added scrambled eggs. It was good.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2011
I read this and thought yuck those ingredients really don't go well but after reading the reviews thought I have to try this. I'm sorry I thought it was just as gross as I imagined. I am glad so many people like it but it really wasn't to our taste and I am really adventurous.

Scrambled Egg Brunch Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
awesome...I will make this again for a brunch I am hosting next week! I lightened it up a bit by using 4 eggs and 4 egg whites, low fat cream cheese and reduced fat crescent rolls. I was amazing and I did not miss anything I substituted!! Really really amazing. I also used turkey sausage instead of ham and it was so so so so good. For serious...this is one of my new favorite recipes!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This is crazy good. I have never had much luck with shrimp - this was fantastic! I did cut a little of the butter and made up for it by adding a little more lemon in hopes of making if a little lighter. Really really good. This would be good for an impressive dinner party!

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
This was really good and my first time making risotto which I was super nervous about but it was perfect. I thought the balsamic was a bit overpowering so the next time I make it I will use a little less than what the recipe calls for.

Yum, yum....these were so good and a neat change up in the dinner line up. I added some caraway (1T) seeds and I though that really added something to it...

Great...used 1 1/2 lb ground beef and 3 links italian sausage! This was awesome already made another just for sandwichs. I also cut the sugar way down just because I know it is not to my taste. I have been looking for a good meatloaf recipe to add to the weekly rotation..thanks!

This was great - I did not have any water chestnuts but sauteed a little celery with the onion for a little texture. It worked well and we're keeping this recipe to have often. Thanks for sharing!

Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2007
This was really easy and tasted great. I would reccomend using low sodium soy sauce because if anything it was a little salty. Also, when the peppers had about 2 min to go, I added about 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro and it was awsome!
