Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This recipe really worked for me and the cauliflower crust came out as expected. I had to cook mine for a little more than 30 minutes, otherwise it would have been too soft. I would have liked it to be a little crispier, but it truly held its shape and didn't crumble at all. The flavor was pretty good...good enough to cure my pizza craving while I'm dieting. I would definitely make it again. Thank you so much.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Wow, this was definitely a hit with my young kids. Excellent flavor and I followed the recipe to the T. The garlic was NOT overpowering and the salt was the right amount. Great job, will definitely make over and over again. ;)

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

For years, there was only one place that I could go and get the best Coconut Cream Pie...the Carnival Buffet at the Rio casino. This recipe, with a few alterations, comes soooo close to that recipe. I have made this pie three times. The first time it was delicious, but too runny with the flour. The second time, I used cornstarch, but it was too thick. The third time I cut the cornstarch in half and it was perfect. All three times, the flavor was dead on though. Thank you so much for this excellent recipe. It will be the base to all of my cream pies.

Banana Crumb Muffins

OMG, absolutely superb! This is the best banana muffin I have ever had. It was so moist and flavorful...not too sweet, just perfect. I tweeked the original recipe a little by adding extra ingrediants. I didn't have any muffin cups, so I just placed the batter in a greased muffin pan. They were a little dark, but sooo not burnt. I am on a diet, but could not resist a bite, which turned into a whole muffin. I would give it a 10 if it was an option. Thank you for sharing.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

OMG, Sooooo good. The sugar cookie has always been my favorite cookie, so I am naturally picky when it comes to these cookies. I made these cookies, added a little extra ingrediants, and I must say...No other cookies can top these. They were perfectly cooked with a small crunch on the outside, but so soft. They stayed soft for days, then we finished them all. I had a total of 22 cookies, but I could have gotten more out of it. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful cookie recipe.
