This is fantastic! I couldn't find the cucumber dressing, so I added fresh chopped cucumber and used a bottle of ranch dressing. I also chopped a small jar of baby dills and added a few dashes of pepper.

Chipotle Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2012
Do not give this recipe a bad review just because you don't like a little flavor and spice. This is HOT. To bring the heat down, add more sour cream. The only few things I did different here, I sauteed the onion and bell pepper separate from the chicken. I then combined everything in a stew pot and let everything simmer for 40 minutes. This was tasty and with tons of flavor. DELICIOUS!

Classic Goulash

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2012
This has been added to my FAVORITES> I can only imagine how much better this gets as it sits and the flavors savor in. So easy and so much flavor. The only two things I did to this... I added more garlic (you can never have too much GARLIC!) and added a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. It was NOT too spicy, like some people complained. of. PERFECT!

Really tasty, but way too dry. I DOUBLED the juice and added some water. It originally clogged the blender.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

Reviewed: May 7, 2012
Delicious! I always shied away from making beef ribs because the meat is so hard to get to that tender point. Not this, the meat almost fell off the bone. Will do this again! A++++++++++

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
AMAZING. Ran out of time, only simmered the sauce for 45 minutes... if it only gets better with time then a second try is a definite. I used a little white wine instead of the water and tripled the garlic.... who can have too little garlic? GREAT recipe!

Chile Colorado

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
This was amazing! But, I added my own flare to it and followed a little of other reviewers suggesions. I seared the meat, dunked in flour (salt/pepper/garlic salt mix) on all sides, I then cut up a medium onion and lined the bottom of the crock pot with the onion... sprinkled garlic powder, ground cinnamon and cumin on top of the onion, then added the seared beef. I steamed the chilles til tender, removed the stems and rinced the seeds with luke water (no need to strain the chilles) then added them in a blender with the reserved chille water and beef stock from a can. This is where the EXTRA flare camer in... I roasted three small red bell peppers, 5 small roma tomatoes and one jalapeno... deseeded the peppers and blended everything together for the sauce. Poured over the beef and cooked on high for 4.5 hours. The beef was a melt in your mouth with shredded cheddar and sour cream for the finishing touches. Yummm!

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
Delicious! I couldn't fine, nor have I ever seen the Golden Mushroom soup. Instead, I used two cans of cream of mushroom soup a half can of beef broth and a splash of tomatoe sauce. I simmered all three, added a 1/4 teasppon of garlic powder and white pepper. I browned the chops in a tablespoon of olive oil, then tranfered them into a dish, poured the simmered sauced and covered them with foil for 20 minutes @ 375. Inthe meantime I chopped a whole onion and sauteed it in the same pan that I browned the chops in. I added this to the chops, opened the foil and continued cooking for another 25 minutes. Served with mashed potatoes and there was pretty of sauce for gravey. Will definitely be making this again! Thank you.
