The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I followed the recipe exactly. I covered the dough and put it in the fridge overnight. When I tried to roll it out today it stuck to everything! I couldn't even get it off my hands, let alone the rolling pin or the counter. I think I must have used half a box of powdered sugar just trying to be able to roll it out. After giving up I decided to just spoon the dough onto the sheets. The cooked cookies were very dull. I was excited last night because the dough tasted so good. I would love to try again, it seems many people have been happy with this. I am open to tips, all I can think is I must have done something wrong.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken
I thought this was very good. I didn't use the butter, but dipped the chicken in egg whites and sprayed the pan with PAM. I also used italian bread crumbs to save time. I added some mozzarella cheese at the end and served with noodles and spaghetti sauce. Big hit!

Crabmeat Roll-Ups
For the most part I think this is pretty good but I am not a fan of cocktail sauce. So I only put half the needed amount. I thought that made a difference. Absolutly worth making again. Enjoy
