Scalloped Corn

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2007
This was easy and quick to make and it turned out delicious. My husband love it. And I was told it was the best corn bread someone tasted. It turns out like a soft corn bread. Sweet and very yummy. Great side dish to bring for holidays or gatherings.

easy to make and tasted great. I didn't have Hoisin sauce, but made it anyways with a little catsup. Very delicious. Will definately make them again.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
Awesome flavor and so easy to make! I loved it, my husband loved it and the left overs were good too. It was quick to make, inexpensive and simple. I'll definately add this to my regular dishes. I usually get bored with ground turkey, but with this soup you can't even tell that it's turkey.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
Good. But I think I like cream cheese enchiladas better myself. This has a creamy texture and good flavor. It's not your typical enchilada so it's nice for a change. Lots of cilantro, so you better like that. Everyone I made it for liked it and I did too.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
This was very, very good and very easy to make. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's not the best I ever had. However, everyone loved it, including me, and we ate all of it quick! If you're looking for a good recipe I would definitely recommend trying this one out.

Dog Food Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
Very easy to make and a great party dip. The processed cheese didn't make it taste as good as I think it could have. I used Mexican Velveta. Maybe I'll try a different kind of cheese next time.

Sweet Potato Souffle I

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
AWESOME! Very easy to make and it tasted like dessert. The combination of spices was perfect. I almost left the coconut off because my husband doesn't like coconut, but that is what really makes the dish! He loved it even with the coconut. I will definitely make this again for holidays and special meals. This time I made it for Christmas dinner.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
Everyone loved these cookies. They taste like an amazing pumpkin bread. They're chewy and the icing on top give it the perfect amount of sweetness. My husband and I didn't think they would be that good, but were amazed once we tried them. I will definitely make these every Christmas from now on, and probably a few times a year. One bit of advice - don't bake them too long. They're more chewy if baked with the minimum amount of time.

Lentil Chili II

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
Easy to make and a great way to use lentils. Very inexpensive meal! However, it needed some salt and pepper added. Also - I added some ground turkey - it was delicious, healthy and made great left overs. I'll definately make this again.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
Delicious! Tastes just like my favorite restaurant's soup! Easy to make and makes a lot! I made it once using fresh tomatoes but I didn't take the skins off. It was good, but probably would have been better without the skins. The second time I made it I used canned tomatoes (I admit it, I'm lazy and wanted a quick meal). It tasted the same with the canned tomatoes. Just as good! Each time I used fresh basil. That's key. Next time I think I'll try to use fresh tomatoes without the skins. I love it and I bet everyone you make it for will love it too!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2009
Very good, simple enchiladas! The first time I tried adding stuff to make it better - the second time I just followed the recipe and they were fantastic! Not to spicy, just good simple enchiladas with great flavor. Easy to make and good as leftovers.

Hummus III

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
Love it! We've tried many hummus recipes and this is one of the best! Very classic hummus flavor, very rich and creamy. It is not as tart as some other recipes. This is my favorite so far!

Cornbread Stuffing Southern Style

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2009
Great taste and flavor, but strong. I would have liked more cornbread in it to mellow it out a bit. Also, this was way too much liquid. I had to put it in the oven for almost an hour to dry it out. I think next time I make it I will add more cornbread and that will solve both of my issues. Otherwise, people really liked it and it was delicious.

Herb Butter

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2010
I made this at the last minute, so I didn't have any parsley, but it still turned out delicious! I used unsalted butter, so I added some salt and that definitely brought out the flavors. Everyone at the dinner party loved it! It was great on bread or even on plain pasta. I will make this again and again.

Slow Cooker Baked Beans

Loved it! We left out the ham hocks and it was still delicious. I served it with brown rice and steamed broccoli as a healthy dinner and everyone ate it right up! Very easy to make and cheap! I will definitely be making this again!
