Broccoli Barley Saute

Delicious dish. I used ham instead of chicken because I needed to use up some leftover ham. Will definitely make this again next time I'll use chicken.

Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

I made this last night and it was just soooooo good. As a personal preference I left out the tomatoes but I added some cashew nuts. Excellent recipe will definitely make this again.

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

I made these for my sons Graduation Party and they were fabulous. I made one batch exactly as written and a second batch with Feta cheese instead of the Italian cheese blend and they were equally great. Will definitely make again and again.

Green Beans for a Special Occasion

Delicious!!!! I used frozen green beans and it came out just great. I then made the recipe again a few nights later using frozen broccoli and cauliflower and that too was incredible. Thanks for sharing this recipe, a definite keeper.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

I am not a huge fan of creamed corn but I was looking for a new way to serve corn and this was definitely worth trying. Followed the recipe exactly. I may never serve corn any other wat again.

Mushroom Lentil Barley Stew

This recipe was incredible. My daughter who has never had lentils or barley loved it. Easy to put together and smells wonderful while cooking. Will definitely make this again.

Artichoke and Black Olive Baked Chicken

We absolutely loved this recipe. I substituted green olives for black because that was what I had on hand. Added capers and minced garlic and used the pan juices over penne pasta and broccoli. Great meal.

Monte Cristo Sandwiches

These sandwiches were very very good. I did make a couple of ingredient substitutions for what I had on hand- used boneless chicken thighs and sliced provolone cheese. Followed the rest of the recipes exactly as written and I will definitely make these again.

Banana Cake II

This cake is moist and delicious. Best cake I have ever tasted. I made one change, instead of vanilla I used banana extract. I will definitely be making this again.

I made this tonight they are incredible. I halved the recipe and made one change. I used 3/4 cup sugar(1/2 cup white, 1/4 cup brown). Will be making this again and again.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

I've made this twice now. The first time I followed the recipe with just one change, instead of chives I used green onion. It was outstanding. The second time I tried stuffing the chicken with ham and mozzerella, it was okay but not as good as the original recipe.
