Deliciosa Salsa Verde
This is the recipe I use for my Salsa Verde!! Only thing I do different roast everything & I also add a few garlic heads, too!! The best salsa!! IThe sugar helps with the acidity. Freezes well, too~~My 15 yr old son will eat this straight out of the bowl.

A to Z Everything-but-the-Kitchen-Sink Chocolate Chip Cookies
Loved them-makes a ton of cookies!! Used butterscotch & choc chips-no nuts. Butterscotch kinda of overwhelmed them. Will try with peanut butter & choc chips next time. I cant stand coconut, but you cant taste it in these & actually makes for a nice consistency in the cookie. Thanks!

Lamb Barley Soup
So so so good. Used 4 short beef ribs w/2 lbs of lamb shoulder. Forgot the tomato soup & used beef base for the broth-making 4 quarts of broth. Used 2 whole onions-about 4 stalks of celery-& the diced canned tomatoes. Used quick cooking barley(the whole box) & it made it like a stew-just what I wanted. Am adding mushrooms after the kids eat it. Just exactly what I was looking for-delicious & easy!
