Fruit Pizza I

This is a great recipe! It worked out wonderful as a light afternoon snack and then leftovers for dessert after dinner. Tastes great! My in-laws raved! :)

The first time I made this it was very watery. When I made it the second time I left out the oil and it was much less watery and just as delicious! This is a great dip! I buttered little french bread rounds and grilled them. then I put a pile of the dip on top with a sprinkle of extra cheese and broiled them a couple minutes. FANTASTIC and a big hit! Not one remained.

Chicken Oreganato

Very good chicken. I used chicken breasts because thats what my hubby prefers. Next time I will try it with thighs. Very easy to make!

Banana Cake VI

This cake was UNBELIEVABLE!! I made it for dessert on Christmas Day and there was not one crumb left! I love anything banana, and I especially loved this cake because it didn't have nuts:) I know I will be asked to make this cake again and again.

Santa's Favorite Cake

I made this cake for Christmas Eve. It turned out great and tasted great too! It is a VERY sweet cake and a small slice will do ya'! I garnished with crushed peppermint candies. This cake might be a new tradition for our family!
