Fried Chicken Coating

Made this last night..husband loved it!! I would suggest putting on a rack in the pan because of the grease factor but other then that..very good.

Byrdhouse Mushroom Barley Pilaf

Wow!! So I have had barley maybe three times in my life and this was so good..I will make again and again. I mad it to go with steaks so I used beef broth in place of the chicken and it was so good!! Can't wait to try this with chicken:) Thank you Sunny!!

Parmesan Garlic Rolls

These are amazing!! Everyone in the house said they are better than Red Lobster biscuits which gave me an idea of making them with cheddar cheese instead of parm....trying that tonight:) Update: made these using cheddar cheese in the dough..it was good but the way the recipe is written is sooo much better. Won't change a thing on this one:)

Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

I was making a birthday cake and ran out of the frosting that I was using and needed a frosting quick..I used this one and WOW!! Never would have thought to use sour cream as a dessert..will use again:)

I gave it four stars for the cake part but the creme was filled with way too much shortening. I made my own creme filling and after that they were great. I recommend the cake part for sure.

Love it..Love it!! Didn't change a thing. I love this bread toasted with peanut butter..so good!! It is a little on the sweet side so if you don't like sweet bread..cut back on the sugar a little.

I always have a hard time with stuffed chickens but this was so easy to make. I seared my chicken in the pan and then finished off in the oven. Loved it and will make again;0)

I'm not a big fan of cream of soups but I wanted to make the recipe as written...yummy!!! I did add bacon and green onions to the top..sometimes that's the only way I can get my teenager to eat meat. I will be making this again:) Great recipe!!

Original Irish Cream

Honestly, if I could give this 10 stars I would..wouldn't ever buy from the store again. I saved two bottles from the Baileys and I just keep refilling them. One bottle of whiskey gets me three bottles of Irish Cream. I make as it says except I if I don't want a strong taste of whiskey I use 1 1/4 cup whiskey..if I want it a little stronger..I use 1/ 1/2 cups..personal I think 1 2/3 cup is way too much..other then that great recipe:)
