Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
I have never made or tasted Jambalaya and now I know what I was missing:) This recipe is so good!! I needed to use up a lot of leftover smoked sausage so that was the only meat in it but it was still fantastic...will make again!

I'm not a big fan of cream of soups but I wanted to make the recipe as written...yummy!!! I did add bacon and green onions to the top..sometimes that's the only way I can get my teenager to eat meat. I will be making this again:) Great recipe!!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
This has a great taste to it...although I didn't use the cream of soup or the bread crumbs. Made a cream base with cheese and poured over the potatoes and added more cheese on top instead of bread crumbs. Very good!!!

Original Irish Cream

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
Honestly, if I could give this 10 stars I would..wouldn't ever buy from the store again. I saved two bottles from the Baileys and I just keep refilling them. One bottle of whiskey gets me three bottles of Irish Cream. I make as it says except I if I don't want a strong taste of whiskey I use 1 1/4 cup whiskey..if I want it a little stronger..I use 1/ 1/2 cups..personal I think 1 2/3 cup is way too much..other then that great recipe:)

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
I love this dish!! So easy and good especially if you like peppers. I doubled the peppers but kept everything else the same:)UPDATE: I have made this MANY times now and it's still one of our favs from this site. I do add the peppers at the last hour because I want them to have a little crunch and not mushy... LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
Very good..wow..I even saved the juices for basting meat on the grill..yummy!! I did what a reviewer said and used BBQ sauce for the kethup and kethup for the chili sauce. I only added 2 1/2 TBL vinegar..I agree that 4 is just way too much;0)I will make this all the time:)
