Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

This is the best marinade that I have ever used! It smells delicious and when I grilled the meat it slightly caramelized on the outside.

The key is baking at 325. Sometimes I forget and set the oven to 350 and they're more cakey. Done right these brownies are fudgy and dense. I have been making brownies for a long time and this is the first recipe that is worthy of being my favorite.

Holiday Chicken Salad

The only chicken salad I make. I use walnuts because that's what I have and don't add peppers because I don't like them. Great with crackers for a party.

Caramel Popcorn

This is one of my signature desserts! I pop my own kernels on the stove in oil. Important to have a BIG bowl to stir the caramel into the popcorn. Watch the oven temp when you bake and keep stirring to not burn the sugar. I did that the first few times. I sprinkle course salt while it's still sticky. Sweet and salty!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

I never made pork chops before this. Once I overcooked the caramel for a large dinner party and it is a big joke how rock hard the caramel sauce got on the plate. You had to pick it up and lick it! One of my favorites.
