My husband and I love this recipe! But I tweak it to my personal tastes by adding some Worcestershire sauce, real garlic instead of powder and a slightly larger portion of the onions and peppers. Easy, tasty and quick!

wow! I made this for my very picky boyfriend who happens to love caesar salad and he was extremely impressed! He said it was one of the best he's had and didn't mind eating it for dinner and lunch. just be careful how much garlic you put in - you can get away with less than what the recipe calls for. i didn't bother with the anchovies and that taste was still perfect. the croûtons didn't come out that well but that was my mistake. overall, the dressing itself is spectacular, tasty and very easy to make. this will become a staple recipe in our house.
