Really great marinade. Made just as the recipe said but added minced garlic and red pepper flakes.

Chicken Fried Chicken

I used this recipe for steak fingers and they turned out great. Instead of chicken use thin boneless sirloin. The only thing I did different was add some steak seasoning to the cracker mixture. Served with Ranch dressing. It's a good all-purpose recipe.

Chili Dog Casserole II

This is definitely a football night food! Added chopped onion and mustard inside the tortillas. Also baked the hot dogs first until they were plumped up. I think it would be so much better with leftover homemade chili rather than canned. I am not a fan of the canned chili taste. It is a great dude-dish.

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

This is super easy and really good. It's kid and husband friendly. All I added was a little bit of garlic powder and some cheddar cheese. Definitely a keeper!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
This was wonderful. My husband is a fireman and I brought it up to the station one night. Everyone loved it. Now they request it every week. Very filling and it goes great with French Bread. I usually stir in about 3/4 cheese to the final product and let it melt in and stir it up. It doesn't make it too cheesy. Just adds a hint.
