Sun Dried Tomato Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2007
I don't like reviewing my own recipes...but adding two tablespoons of Pecorino-Romano really adds a lot of flavor to this recipe.

Strawberry/Rhubarb Crumb Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2007
Although the taste was good, the pie was runny and I added an additional two tablespoons of cornstarch and extra flour. It thickened a bit after cooling, but was still runny.

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2007
This was delicious. A few changes though, I cut down the butter by about half and added two tablespoons of mayonnaise. I know it sounds weird, but the mayo adds a bit of a tang to the crust. I also used fresh blueberries and all natural raspberry preserves (its much cheaper).

Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: May 15, 2007
Very very good burgers. Next time I will cut back on the spinach and add a tablespoon more goat cheese (I prefer cheese). The cheese is easier to crumble if it's been in the fridge for a while. Also, make sure the cheese is evenly distributed...they taste better that way.

Honey Barbecue Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2007
Very good sauce. I only made a few changes. I cut the brown sugar down to about half a cup (which was still very sweet) and cut down the honey as well. I also added about half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes to make it a little spicy. I did heat it over the stove on medium heat for about 20 minutes, I think it helped the flavors come together better. The result was a really good, mildly sweet barbecue sauce with some kick to it.
