Man's Way Sausage

This was very good. My husbad and kids really liked it. I did it all in the electric skilled. I did add grated cheddard on top at the end and let it melt before serving.

Southern Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
I made this last week for the entire family. My dad ate 3 pieces and said he hadn't had chicken that good since he was a kid. I used an electric frying pan so I could control the temperature and so I would have a lid to cover with. I did take the advice of another reviewer and soaked the chicken in salted/ice water for 20 min so there would be no veins. It worked and we thought it may have helped to improve the flavor of the meat.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2007
I have made these fries several times now and they are soooo good. I do reduce the temp and time like others suggested. My kids love them and they always ask for the ranch dressing to dip them in. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2007
Made these last night for dinner and they were delicious. Hubby ate 3 of them. I did add a couple of teaspoons of brown sugar because hubby likes a sweet bbq sauce. They are kinda like sloppy joes but way better. Will never use the canned stuff again!

This was wonderful!! The longer the flavors are allowed to marry together the better it is.

Tater Tot Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2007
This recipe was so easy and quick to put together. I did change the number of eggs to 3 and reduced the milk to 1 1/2 cups. I baked for 35 min took it out and sprinkled a little cheese on top and put it back in the oven for 10min. I have one child that does not like eggs but the way the casserole turned out he never knew they were in there.
