Sockarooni Ravioli

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
This was a very yummy dinner. It was pretty easy to make also. I made homemade riccata and added garlic to the cheese mix. I also put all the filling ingredance A big need to follow on the recipe is to get as much air out as possible. But using store bought cheese would have made this a quick meal. Oh another hint to make it easier is use wanton Wrappers instead of eggroll and you dont need to cut them.

Yum! and super easy and fun to play with. We have used fresh spinich 6 oz and frozen like in the recipe. Tried all diffrent mushrooms and diffrent cheeses. Added things left things out. this recipe is wonderful the way it is and easy to change up to fit what you need. thanks

Black Halloween Punch

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
this punch was perfect! i added just a touch less sugar. but even with full sugar it wouldnt have been over sweet like most punches tend to be. I just suggest that it will not serve 32. we had 15 people and it was gone in 1/2 hour. thanks for sharing. I like the clear ghostly hand. but be careful. i didnt really pay attention to how the fingers were when i put in in the frezer and when we put it in the bowl. the index and ring finger broke off so it looked like we had a ghost hand giving us the bird!

Cream Cheese Mints

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
Good recipe. If you plan to use a candy mold it will need a little more sugar.. just enough so it isn't sticky. but if using a spritz press it worked well just as is. I made rum flavored also came out a nice compliment to the mint flavored ones.
