I made this cake once as directed (it was fabulous) and again for a friend who loves white chocolate...I use vanilla cake mix, white chocolate pudding mix and white chocolate chips. I made it in a bundt pan and topped with "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" (substituting white chocolate)...WOW WOW WOW. I gave away the recipe to everyone at the party.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Absolutely a wonderful soup- especially on a cold winter's night with a loaf of French Bread and a green salad. I used chicken broth and the soup was fabulous- my husband and I were licking our bowls!

Ultimate French Toast

Wonderful basic recipe...quick hint, if you want the cinnamon evenly distributed throughout the mixture, whisk eggs and cinnamon together, then add the milk.

Berry Almond Bars

I made this recipe 3 times in 3 weeks each time to rave reviews and pleas for the recipe. I doubled each batch and baked on a cookie sheet. The first time I made them, I followed the recipe to a t- I learned quickly, like other reviewers that increasing the jam creates a lucious and moist bar. Thanks so much!

Portuguese Pork with Red Peppers

WOW! I have been an allrecipes.com user for years and this was the first recipe which inspired me to write a review. I made this recipe for my Portuguese parents and served over egg noodles- truly moist and delicious. The next day we had the left overs in soft Portuguese rolls- pure heaven! Thanks so much!
