Loved it - so easy, clean, and perfectly cooked. I added some white wine, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and red peppers as well. Tasted great!

Cinnamon Rice with Apples

Husband liked a lot. Made it in the rice cooker with 1 1/2 cups rice, and 2 1/4 cups apple juice (other ingredients left the same). Added more juice after it was done to break it up a little, as it was sticky.

Very good! This dough is stiff, so make sure your butter is very soft. That way, you don't have to pulverize your chips just to fold them in.

Neapolitan Cookies I

Very delicious and tastes just like the ice cream, if you use 1/2 tsp strawberry flavoring (extract) in the red side. I did that, and used the almond flavoring in the white. Use Ghirardelli 100% cacao unsweetened chocolate and it is a very good, strong flavor. Not real sweet obviously, so the kids don't care for that side too much. But I think it does resemble chocolate ice cream. A keeper! This would look great as little mexican, italian, or french flags with a toothpick!

Peach Pie

This was delicious! I made it with a single pie crust, since that is all I had. I also added 1 T cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It did not set up well though, and the filling tasted doughy from the cornstarch. I used very ripe, fresh peaches, and boiled them for 1 min. with the skins on, then into cold water to remove skins.

GA Peach Pound Cake

Delicious! Tastes like grandmas pound cake with peaches added - sublime! Ripened the peaches for 3 days in a brown bag. Made 1/2 recipe in a loaf pan and sprinkled top of loaf with sugar also. SO delicious - a fantastic dessert all on its own, or with some vanilla ice cream!
