MODIFIED FOR LESS HEAT-- A PERFECT 5 FOR US! My family can't take too much heat (like medium salsa is good for us), so I changed out the habenero for 1/2 of a serrano pepper (still used gloves), bumped the brown sugar up to 1/4 cup, and marinated in the fridge for a full 24 hours. It was great, and will be AWESOME in wraps. The sauce has a great heat + sweet kick this way, and I can't wait to use the leftovers tomorrow. Thanks!

I made this exactly and the chicken was really, really dry. I used the "High" suggestion in the recipe, so you may want to avoid that...

Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Excellent for Non-Fish Lovers-- Taste of fish is completely masked with pesto and tomato-- To save some work, I pureed my sun-dried tomatoes and it "tricked" my kids into eating it without compromising the SD Tomato taste. Exellent Recipe!!

Roasted Vegetables

Amazing recipe-- added 6 inch asparagus pieces and kept them towards the bottom of the baking dish so they wouldn't dry out, and used garlic salt after the cooking was done. I loved that you can get red, orange, yellow, green, purple and white all in one dish!

Chicken Pesto Pizza

Beautiful-- Used Jay's crust from this site...made it veggie style with canned, diced tomatoes mixed with the pesto for the sauce, and Greek olives on top.
