Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
the BEST chewy cookie! I agreed with others and added 1/2 cup more flour and oats and 1/2 tsp of baking soda and reduced the salt by half. We refrained from adding nuts.. the cookies were gone in no time flat! Thanks for sharing this recipe! We're making a double batch tonight... weight watchers here I come!

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
These are great! Extremely easy to make. I just made them to take to my grandfather who loves freshly baked goods. Not too sweet, either. I used my mini muffin tins which cuts the cooking time down considerably. It makes 48 mini muffins which is perfect for sending a special snack to school for the kids! My daughters are eating them right up as I type. I followed other users and added cinnamon and vanilla for extra flavour. Folding the wet ingredients just enough with the dry ingredients is perfect. The batter is thick and easy to fill the muffin tins with! These would be fabulous with a small amount of chocolate chips in them!!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2009
Awesome and easy recipe! Thanks for sharing! The only ingredient I was missing was the cocoa.. so I improvised and used instant hot chocolate.. They came out light in colour, but still extremely moist and very tasty. I used less chocolate chips than the recipe called for (about half) but it didn't compromise the chocolatey taste at all!

Sinful. I added 1/2 tspn of cinnamon for extra flavour. It was gobbled up before it had a chance to properly cool! Thanks for sharing your recipe... It was ... well.... as easy as PIE to make!

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
Tasty! I used Hellmann's Real Mayo and added no salt/pepper. I agree to whisp the mayo and water first then whisp together with the eggs. Easy to prepare, and the kids ate them up and asked for more!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2007
this was the very first time I made a potato salad, and not only was it easy - it was creamy, and smooth. I did substitute with green onion instead of a regular onion, and halved the mayonnaise with sour cream. I might have left the bacon out until an hour before serving next time - but it was FANTASTIC... and our company asked for the recipe - so you get 10 stars from us!
