As simple as a quick mix & a whole lot cheaper! I added about 25% more flour as mix was a little to thin for me. I also used whole wheat flour, natural sugar, & canola oil to make it a little bit healthier, something you'll have a hard time finding in a pancake mix from the store.

Ice Cream Tiramisu Cake

This desert is awesome! It is not however for the timid! If you're a java junkie like me, welcome to heaven! Caution, do not eat this desert if you plan to sleep in the next 4-6 hours! It's not going to happen! One change I like to make is to not finely grind the espresso as suggested, but rather leave it chunky. You might also want to sprinkle a few espresso beans on top for the ultimate java junkie desert! Next time you go the the grocery store, check out all the new coffee/espresso ice creams & find which one you'd like best in this desert!

Aunt Bert's White Cake

AWESOME!!! My wife's 1st cake from scratch & she made it for my birthday. This was one of the BEST cakes I've ever had & used to bake in competitions! No harder than a cake mix & TWICE as good or better! Super Moist, Melt in your mouth! Put this in your "Gotta Make" recipe box & take to a get together so people can get together over your cake! To make awesome better, my wife made me creame cheese frosting for my birthday cake! Thanks Honey! This was your best cake ever!

Holiday Dressing

I used only ONE red onion (not as strong). This is a really good SWEET dressing as I used a sweetened corn bread mix. Watch how much chicken broth you use, I used the recommended amount & had to add some more toast & cornbread crumbs. I also used turkey sausage in the spirit of Thanksgiving (turkey)!

Beer Biscuits

Awesome smell when cooking! Also makes fantastic pizza crust! Just use a generous amount of flour when rolling out! Use lite beer, any brand as it all tastes the same when baked, for a few less calories. The biscuts that taste great... AND less filling! Big Scott
