Chicken Satay
this recipe was nothing like any chicken satay i have ever tasted. I have had this dish in both authentic thai restaurants and the americanized version, and this tasted nothing like either. there was barely any peanut butter taste at all, it was completely overpowered by the curry and soy sauce. had to add triple the sugar and peanut butter and some plum sauce to even make it edible.

Chicken Breasts Pierre
Just made this tonight and it was wonderful! However, I did make it with a LOT of differences, only because I didn't have many ingredients on hand. I used diced tomatoes with basil/oregano/garlic, because I don't like the big stewed tomatoes that much. I didn't have brown sugar, so just used white. Substituted chicken broth for water for some extra flavor. I also didn't have any flour, so just used a mix of italian bread crumbs, old bay, salt and pepper to coat the chicken. I didn't have hardley ANY of the spices (at my dad's, all my cooking stuff is at home!), so just used the vinegar--apple cider--,sugar, and hot sauce. very good mix of flavors. kinda runny though. will make again soon!

Grilled Potatoes and Mushrooms
I did not like this at all. I only gave it two stars because I think it probably has the potential for improvement. I did make it in the oven instead of the grill, as other reviewers had done, so maybe that made a difference in the taste. I thought it was very bland. Also, the soup was so thick that I had to add milk to get it to thin out and cover the potatoes. The addition of cheese to this seems like a good idea. I doubt I'll be making this again.
