Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
This is the easiest and most delicious dish my family has ever tasted! I didn't have the dark beer so I used my cab instead. Any red wine would be beautiful in this dish! I also have used both the condensed soup and the dried onion soup mix and both work well. We slice it up on a crusty bakery baguette with provolone cheese melted on top and sometimes add whole mushrooms to the crock pot for the side. Wonderfully simple! Great for left overs if there are any!

Broccoli Beef I
Great recipe! The only thing I changed was that I used prepared teriyaki sauce. Wonderful and have made many times!

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli
These are great! I made them "skinny" by baking them in the oven at 350 instead of frying them. I used skim mild also instead of whole milk. I just sprayed the tops with cooking spray and placed them on a cookie sheet to bake until brown I didn't even need to turn them over. They were delicious! My kids loved them.
