White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
These were absolutely delicious. They taste decadent and bakery quality. They make a nice big batch of cookies. I added these to my Christmas cookie plate this year. The recipe is a keeper and one I'll pass on to friends and family.

Deep Dish Brownies
This is the same recipe that my mom used to make homemade brownies when I was a kid. I think it is just as easy as the boxed brownies but without all the preservatives. I have made these with 2 and 3 eggs and I do prefer using only the 2 eggs for a chewier brownie.

Garlic Parmesan Orzo
This side dish came together so quickly. It is perfect for a weeknight. Goes well with just about anything and it's delicious!
