Best No-Bake Cheesecake

This was one of the best No Bake Cheesecakes I have ever made. I allowed it to "rest" in the refrigerator two full days. It was high, light and fluffy. I used three 8 oz cream cheeses and the full pint of heavy whipping cream. It was great.

Six-Week Bran Muffins

This is one of my favorite muffin recipes but this time I ran out of time to finish up the batch. I had about half of it left. I greased a bundt pan and just baked it all at once. It took over an hour but it was delicious!

Blueberry Crumb Pie

This is a great pie. Because I was taking it to a friend some distance away, I made it in a deep square pan. I let the crust fold a little bit over the crumb topping. added oatmeal and chopped nuts to the topping. It looks so pretty...Good enough to eat! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!!! I love Allrecipes!

Oregon Salmon Patties

We love this recipe! I always use grilled salmon add some cajun seasoning , 1 T mayo, hot sauce and Old Bay. The patties are easier to handle if they are made and put in the refrig for several hours or over night.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This just might be the best chicken I have ever made. It is important to marinate over night. The meat was very moist and flavorful. I baked them 5 1/2 hours. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thanks for the great company recipe!

Santa Fe Chicken

Served this for company-everyone loved it. Just a couple changes. I used 2 packages of partially cooked Yellow Rice w/seasonings, added a can of diced tomatoes & a diced onion. Because it is my MO, I cooked it in a large crock pot for 8 hours turned to low after one hour. I will make it again.

Pumpkin Bread

This is a wonderful recipe. I added 1 1/2 cups of plumped raisins and 1 1/2 cups of chopped walnuts. I used 2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. It is the best punpkin bread we have ever eaten...and we have eaten a lot! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
