Melanie's Chili
Very tasty and easy! Will double next time....A Couple questions - Should the beans be drained first? I did, but wasn't sure. Also - could not find cayenne pepper at my grocery store so just used some red pepper flakes to spice it up!

Spanish Rice II
I made this last night and am not sure what I think about it. My husband liked it, but somehow it had sort of a "sweet" flavor - not sure why. Maybe the onion I used was too large so too much onion? I don't know - can't figure it out. Also mine was a little wet, but I did stir it and some reviews I've read say you should not touch it at all while it's cooking. Maybe I'll try it again adding garlic and some cumin for a different flavor and maybe add less liquid - or maybe I'll try another recipe.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad
This is delicious and so fresh tasting, and looks so pretty with all the vibrant color! I made this today to try it out, am going to a potluck next weekend and will bring this!
