This recipe is so fantastic and quite versatile! I changed it up just a little... didn't add walnuts because I was out, added ground flax for more nutrients, used pumpkin and sunflower seeds, used agave (3/4c) instead of maple syrup and honey, and added about 1/2T more of cinnamon.
I think the recipe could have been made exactly as written and would have been excellent still. I only tweaked based on what I had in the house and on personal preference.
Thinking I will try to add peanut butter next time, cut out the cinnamon, and add chocolate chips. There are so many ways to make this! Be creative!!
