Nacho Cheese Sauce

It was GREAT!! I have had it a few times. Add a slice or 2 more cheese to make it "cheesier" Any of the bad reviews arepeople changing the orgional recipe. People atleast try something before you make changes!!

Cheesy Eggplant Casserole

I added red wine, extra shredded cheese, extra italian seasoning, graded parm, LOTS of garlic (I'm Italian Love garlic!!) and just played with the amount. Everyone has a different taste, but i do agree it would have been dry if I didn't add the wine ( I put a good splash in ). Every egg plant is a different size so you have to adjust accordingly or you will get over/under powered on the taste.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Great dish!! Do doubble the sauce because even with that you'll be looking for more. This is a keeper!! Play with different white wines. I have noticed different white wines bring out different little tastes. Keeps the family on their toes.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

LOVED IT!! Very tender and jucy. you can cook on High and cut the time in half if rushed and still a GREAT dish, but it is better when on low and done as stated here.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

HUGE Hit im my house!! I used thin sliced boneless skinless chicken breast so I did not have to pound as much. I also eyeball most mesurements so I may add a bit more than is called for or can pull back a pinch on the things I don't like. Also did bake for 15 min with no sauce then for 60 with it.
