Absolutely delicious! No more store bought fajita mixes for me. My husband went back for thirds.

Crunchy Cheese Crisps

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
I made these yesterday after seeing the mixed reviews. I absolutely loved them. I used plain chips and added a little less cayenne...next time I will add the full amount of cayenne because it added the perfect touch. I had no problems with them spreading, being greasy or sticking. These were the perfect little snack that hit the spot with their crunchiness and everything is better with cheese. Thank you for sharing this recipe that is a keeper at my house!

Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This was absolutely delicious. I did use homemade pizza crust even though I know it would still be good with the store bought. I did add some caramelized onions which just put it over the top. And of course, I added extra gorgonzola! Thanks Brian for the great recipe.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2011
Five star plus recipe! I've made these several times and thought it was time to write a review. These are absolutely delicious exactly as written. The perfect blend of spices. My family was a bit skeptical but they all devoured them just the same as if they were meat tacos with no complaints. Every time I make them, I keep thinking why have I waited so long to make them again...that's how delicious they are!

Mall Pretzels

Awesome pretzels! I love to make pretzel bites instead with honey mustard. I always get requests for these when there is a party. They are so easy to make, which makes them a definite keeper in my house. Thanks for the 5 star plus recipe.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2012
I usually don't step out of my "comfort" zone when it comes to chocolate chip cookies...I made the same ones since they are delicious...with that being said boy am I ever glad I decided to give these a try. They are absolutely the best (and tied with my typical recipe)!!! They are soft and chewy with a crispy edge....perfect. I did skip the water and upped the vanilla to 1 tablesppon, but otherwise followed it to a tee. I will definitely be making these again!

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
Absolutely perfect! I love creamy italian, but never really found one that was exactly how I wanted it until this recipe. I used low fat mayo and it still came out just right. Thanks for the delicious recipe what will be used again and again!

Death By Chocolate III

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
This is the perfect chocolate dessert. I made it exactly as is and there is nothing that I would change about it. It was super easy, fast and most of all delicious. I think next time I may try switching the toffee with crushed peanut butter cups! This will definitely be on my menu for Christmas.

Caramel Macchiato Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
The only word to describe this banana bread is PERFECT! I stink at making banana bread, but had to try this one because of all the good reviews...boy am I glad I did. It came out absolutely moist and delicious. It had the perfect blend of coffee, banana and caramel. The icing just put them over the top. I made them into muffins after reading Sarah Jo's review, just because I know my family would eat the muffins over the bread. I baked them at 350 for about 18 minutes and they were perfect. I will make sure I have the ingredients for this at all times, because I know it's going be made quite often here (already my second batch in 2 days). Thanks Dianne for sharing this awesome recipe!

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
This is a light and absolutely delicious crust. I loved the taste that the whole wheat brings to the pizza. I have made it as is and have subbed all whole wheat flour and both ways it is delicious. I usually just throw everything in the bread machine and it turns out absolutely perfect. A definite keeper in our house!

Monterey Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2011
The family gave this one 5 stars! They loved it, as did I. I would have never thought to combine these flavors, but they worked wonderfully. I loved the sweet and salty effect of the teriyaki marinade and the fresh vegetables. I ended up grilling the chicken instead of baking it, but that is the only change I made. This will definitely be a keeper in my house!

The Irish Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2012
This has become one of our favorites in the house. It is simple and basic in flavors, but absolutely delicious. The only thing different I do is to cut the butter in half and it still turns out creamy. And the paprika is definitely a must, just like Baking Nana said. Thank you Lilly for this 10 star recipe!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
This dip is absolutely delicious. I didn't make it in the bread, because I only made half a recipe for myself to try. It is quite greasy just baking it in a bowl, because I believe the bread would soak up some of the grease. I also cut down on the jalapenos a bit because I don't like really spicy food, but next time I will definitely add more for a little more kick. I can't wait to make this in the bread bowl, because I know it will only be better.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
Awesome onion rings! They were quite time consuming but well worth it. I did have a problem with the batter sticking to some of the onions, but it was my first time making onion rings so I blame it on that. Thanks Jean for the great recipe!

Chip Chicken Lollipops

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
We all really enjoyed these. I used plain chips and sour cream and onion and a few I used corn chips on, because I ran out of chips. They were all equally delicious. It was a great recipe to make with my son, because he was able to help by crushing the chips for me. I served it with honey mustard and ranch. A definite keeper in my house.

Avocado Tzatziki

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2010
If I could give this 10 stars I would. This was absolutely to die for. I did use the sour cream, which I think really puts it over the top. The only thing I changed was to add much less red pepper because I don't like things too spicy. I served it with Baked Falafel and homemade pita bread, but I think it would be just as good as a regular sandwich spread. This is a must try if you like avocados.

A definite five star recipe. The flavors blend so well together. It was my first time trying falafel and I think I found my new favorite food. I served them with homemade pita bread and Avocado Tzatziki sauce. Thanks Bette for the delicious recipe.

I have to give this a 5 just for the fact that my little guy cleaned his plate! It actually is quite delicious, but I love anything with peanut butter. This is going to be a frequent in my house. Thanks for the recipe!
