Melted Witch

Delicious! I followed the review of someone who mentioned orange sherbet...it just put it over the top. I think I may just have to make it even when it's not Halloween :)

Darbey Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
My family enjoyed this bread along with our spaghetti. I just threw together a loaf of Jay's pizza crust and used that instead of frozen dough. I cut down a little on the oil and made sure the onion was diced finely and didn't use a whole onion. Next time I may add a little garlic powder to up the flavoring, but it is a very good recipe as is and I would recommed everyone giving it a try.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
These were absolutely delicious! I can't believe that you can make high quality cinnamon rolls in such a short time. The dough was extremely easy to work with and they rose beautifully. The finished product was perfect. I added a powdered sugar glaze to top them off. Cream cheese frosting would be even better. Thanks for sharing!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
If I could rate this recipe 10 stars I would. These are even better than from the restaurant. It's the perfect blend of flavors with the perfect amount of heat. I've made them with and without chicken and both ways they are just as good. They are a little time consuming, but it is more than worth it. I highly suggest that everyone gives them a try at least once!

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
What an easy and tasty bun recipe! I whipped these up as hot dog buns and hamburger buns in a matter of no time. They are soft and hold up well to hamburgers with all the fixings. This is definitely a keeper, especially when you forget buns!

Baja Stuffed Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
I am slowly learning that when I have a doubt if I will like a recipe I just have to make it and see. These potatoes are absolutely delicious. I was a bit skeptical about the mexi-corn, because I've honestly never tried it before. But I am so glad I gave it a try because it goes so well with the cheese and potato. I did have to cut down on the heat a little because my family doesn't like things too spicy, but otherwise kept it the same. This will definitely be a keeper in my house. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

Miniature Chocolate Eclairs

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
What an easy and amazing recipe! These were the best eclairs I've ever had. I did use vanilla pudding as a personal preference, but other than that this recipe is perfect. The pastry was delicate and the chocolate frosting was creamy and not overly sweet. I will definitely be making these for the holidays.

Delicious! I made a half of the recipe, but I have a feeling I will have to make another half. I will have to get mustard seeds to try in it next time. We can't stop eating it. Even my 2 year old loves it! Thanks Shore for a definite keeper!

Mr. Goodbar Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2010
This is a really good fast and easy frosting recipe, especially if you don't have any powdered sugar. It does taste like a Mr. Goodbar, which is one of my favorites. I used it to top chocolate cupcakes with crushed peanut butter cups and it worked out perfetly. Thank you for this delicious frosting recipe that will be a keeper in my house.

Perfect Potato Pockets

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
My family enjoyed these. They were easy to make. I did leave out the ham as a personal preference. I also used leftover mashed potatoes, because that's what I had on hand. They would make a good appetizer for the holidays. I will definitely be making these again in the future.

Apple Crisp Cups

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
This had to be the best apple crisp I have ever had! I love the idea of making them bite size, because you get all the crunchy goodness of the crisp topping. The only thing is it was very time consuming, but oh so worth it. I made them in mini and regular size muffin pans and both were equally good. I did have to chop up and cook more apples, but I'm sure it's because of the varying sizes of apples. Thanks weeble for sharing this recipe that is a definite keeper.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
Absolutely delicious and my new addiction! I really enjoyed this latte, especially being so fast and easy with minimal ingredients. I like that it doesn't include pumpkin puree, so I don't have to open a can and freeze the rest. I even used 2% milk and it was still creamy and tasted like the real thing. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Tonkatsu / Katsu Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2010
I have been looking at this recipe for quite some time now and kept putting off making it because I was unsure if I would really like the flavors. I wish I hadn't waited this long, because this is a killer sauce. It is a tad spicy for our tastes, but nothing that even my little guy couldn't handle. I definitely think the longer it sits the better, so I can't wait to try the leftovers tomorrow. This went perfect with Chicken Katsu and fried rice. A definite keeper in my house!

Very basic chicken recipe, but very delicious. Sometimes less is more and this is definitely the case. The panko bread crumbs make all the difference. A definite keeper.

Corrigan's Minestrone

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2010
Delicious soup! I was a little worried that it would just turn out plain, but I was wrong. The flavors were perfect and it actually turned out quite flavorful. The only thing that I found off was the cook and prep time, but that is no big deal. This is a definite keeper for the winter months.

I made these because my niece kept talking about them and how she loves them and boy I'm glad I did. Something so strange turns out so delicious. I added a meatball for the guys in my house along with a little mozzarella. They are a great way to use leftover spaghetti and perfect for a quick meal.

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
This has to be the best salsa ever! I don't know why I waited so long to give this one a try. I did use fresh tomatoes, because I had to use them up, but I'm sure that it would be just as good with the canned tomatoes. The flavors were spot on with just the right balance of all the ingredients involved. This is definitely going to be my go-to recipe. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Harvest Pumpkin Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
I've been seeing these around a lot and decided to make them, but only a half batch just in case we didn't like them. All I can say is these are one of the best cupcakes I've ever made. The cake is moist and delicious with the perfect taste of Fall. And the frosting, wow, I can't wait to try it on other cupcakes. It is amazing. I suggest that everyone gives this one a try because you don't know what you're missing until you've tried them.
