World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2012
This is by far the best potato salad I have had. I always get rave reviews when I make this. I used to just buy potato salad because I could never make it very well. That has now changed thanks to Kaye and her great recipe.

This has to be one of the best dishes I have made from this site. My husband normally does not like chicken breast and he was still raving about this the next day. I have giving this recipe out to many of my friends. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Funny story, my teenage son and buddy decided they wanted to make chol chip cookies. I found this recipe and sat at the table giving them directions. I looked over to see the mixer up in the air and running. When I went over they had been adding the wet ing into the dry. Well they threw everything in the bowl and mixed. GUESS WHAT? THESE COOKIES CAME OUT GREAT!!!! I love that they could mess them up so much and they still came out wonderful. Oh by the way I only had marg and they still came out good.

Tater Tot Casserole IV

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
I have made this before with just using ground beef. We all liked it much better by adding the sausage to this. I used a 9 x 13 dish so I added more green beans and I used 1 can Cream of Chicken soup as well as 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup. I did add a splash of milk when I mixed the meat, soups, and green beans all together. After I put that in the dish I covered the meat mixture with 2 cups of cheese. Then I topped it with the tater tots (I used frozen) and baked until it was bubbly and the tater tots were done.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
This turned out very very good. I really liked that I could come home from work and have this on the table with such little effort. I have a seasoning mix of garlic, onion, & pepper which I used in place of the salt. Also I only had regular potatoes but I hope to make this again with the Yukon Golds. Thank you for a great recipe.

Ratatouille Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
This dish was really good. I have a neice and nephew who don't eat meat so I made this to go with our Christmas menu. Everyone ended up trying it and they all loved it. I sent the leftover home with my sister for her kids and my husband went looking in our fridge for the leftovers. Looks like I will have to make it again just for him.

Simple Strawberry Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Yes this is simple and I very much appreciate that someone took the time to post this. I am the type of person who needs a recipe for EVERYTHING!! I don't feel confident with myself while cooking unless I have something to follow. I just put this together and am thrilled to serve this later today to my family. Thank You!!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
I made this the other day for my 17 year old son. He told me "I out did myself". Well that gives this recipe a 5 star review in my book. My son is the most picky eater ever. Thanks for a great recipe. By the way I did not layer it. I mixed it all together except the cheese. I topped it with the cheese and baked.

Baked Ziti II

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
This was good with a few changes. I brown 1 lb ground beef and drain and cool. I only use 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. I use 2 or 3 eggs depending on how big they are. After I drain the ziti I combine with the meat and cheese mixture. I start with some sauce then the mixture and top with remaining sauce. I even add more cheese before I bake it. Spary some foil with Pam and cover before baking. I get requests for this often when we have a family gathering.
