Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is wonderful and so easy! I used a hand masher a few bumps to break up some of the potato pieces before adding the white sauce, and also chopped a few extra carrot sticks I had left over. Definately a keeper. Thanks for the recipe!

Golden State Mushroom Soup
This is now my husband's favorite soup! It is easy to make and is very rich. We're planning on serving this as our starter for our next dinner party. Thanks for the recipe!

Pebber Nodder (Danish Christmas Cookies)
I loved the fact that these weren't too sweet and are perfect with a cup of tea, but my husband and daughter both didn't care for them, therefore the 4 star rating. I'd still suggest it, however, for a nice change from the sugar-overload we all experience at the holidays.
