Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies II
absolutely amazing! i had to switch the amounts of butterscotch and chocolate chips because of what i had (or didnt have) on hand. also, i used up my stale marshmallows for this, and just cut the full size ones into quarters. i served it with ice cream and it was truly fantastic. i'm a dessert kind of girl, and this one is so worth it!

Smoked Sausage in Tomato Sauce
this is a good basic recipe, and i have made something like it several times before. I omit the pasta sauce, flour and water (since i usually use frozen beans)...ADD 1/4 c chopped onions, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp of thyme, 1/8 tsp chili powder (or to taste), 1/4 tsp cumin, a sprinkling of pepper, and garlic or onion salt to taste. sometimes i'll serve it with a baked potato, but most of the time this is an all in one meal that takes 15 minutes in a pot! my hubby adds hot sauce to it once its in his bowl, but other wise everyone loves this dish.

Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast
i had to make necessary changes, based on what i had. i substituted apricot jam for the apple jelly, and jellied cranberry sauce for the whole cranberry sauce. i also added a little bit of orange juice. i mixed all the other ingredients in with the above, let the loin sit in it for about 15 minutes. I baked it covered for 45 min before i basted it, and then another 30 minutes, and it was perfect! next time i think i will boil down some of the sauce to let it thicken a bit more. but the flavor was excellent
