Beef Tips and Noodles
This was great!! If your looking for something Quick, easy and delicious to make, this is it! Although I will admit it took me 3 times to get it right! I felt that the temp was too high and it dried up almost burning. Second time I added more sauce and while cooking it overflowed. THIRD time I put it all in the crock pot and it was perfect! I put 2 cans of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cans of milk. Great Recipe!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
This was a very good casserole. I used Bow Ties for the pasta. I wanted to make sure it was creamy enough so I used the full can of evaporated milk, added an extra half can of mushroom soup and half can of regular milk. Because of reviewers stating the onions needed to be sauted first, I used French Fried onions instead and put 2/3 cups in with the rest of ingredients, cooked it for 15 min. then put the rest of the remaning onions on top to cook for an additonal 5 minutes more. It was nice and creamy and reheating in the microwave the next day, it remained creamy. Great recipe!!

Chocolate Caramel Nut Cake
It wasn't bad. I am not a fan of box cakes in the first place, liking cakes made from scratch. However, I made this for my daughter and her boyfriends birthday (they have it on the same day) and they both really liked it. The caramel mixture in the middle was really good-I did not substitute buying already made caramel in a jar as you really miss out on the taste.
