Marinade for Chicken

Aside from having all the ingredients which Is a first for me I made it exactly as written except to scale it down. Maybe by scaling it down made a big difference but to us it really had no flavor to speak of on the chicken, I used skinless breast so maybe if it had skin it would have been better. Probably won't try again sorry.

Lemony Chicken with Artichoke Hearts

made this tonight and everyone liked it, I hate to rate and change the recipe but the only change I made was to do one lemon, I will make again. As for those that said the worcestershire was to much I have to say you didn't even taste it. I also used a sweet vermouth as the recipe didn't say which one to use.

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

This recipe is great and if you don't have peanut oil use the same amount of chunky peanut butter it doesn't change the flavor and it adds a little something extra. Company loved it and I will make again.

General Tsao's Chicken II

This was excellent but I had to cut the pepper for my families tastes way back, other than that it had excellent flavor. I also used chunky peanut butter as I didn't have peanut oil and it worked great with a little extra crunch factor. I will make this again thank you for the recipe

made exactly and I'd have to say you could cut the ingredients by half as I had enough for 8 and I made it for 4. The flavor was ok but the balsamic was over powering. Sorry but I will not make this again

I am giving this 5 stars because this was the best salad I think I have ever had. The only change I made was to use blue cheese, served this for company with prime rib and everyone had seconds. This is a keeper.

I would have to give this a 2 as I don't like chicken to look white when it's done, the flavor was ok but not great. I will probably not try again as my family of 5 felt the same way. SORRY

This tenderloin was great, made for company and had wonderful reviews. the only thing I did as a change was to cut the 5 spice in half and it was the perfect amount. Great Great flavor thanks for this recipe

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas

First off I have to say when I told my family we were going to have this new years day they all turned up their noses. I told them they were going to eat it as we need all the good luck we could get. Needless to say they all liked this recipe and said we could have it again next year so I guess it passed inspection YEAAAA! the ONLY change I made was to cook it for 6 hrs. on low and with 5 cups of chicken broth as I didn't have chicken bouillon cubes. This really was good served with corn bread. I will make this yearly from now on.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

First off I want to say that I only rate recipes based on the original posting and this was wonderful the only change I did was to do it with a pork tenderloin. I had family and friends for dinner and they all raved over this dish so this is what I will do with a tenderloin from now on. Thanks for the recipe. I'd give this recipe a 10 if I could it's that good.

Maria's Broccoli Rabe

I couldn't find rabe so I made with regular broccoli, and I also used about 1/4 c. parmesan, this was a good way to do broccoli, will make again. I also topped with more parmesean on the plates.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

This was very good except it took 10 hours to be able to pull apart. Invited friends for dinner at six and had to make tacos instead as the pork wasn't done til 10 p.m. I also cooked on high after the first 1 1/2 hrs. because my experience in the crock pot has always been 10 hrs on low. Maybe I need a new pot in order to cook this in 5 hrs.
