I will not attach any stars just yet. But these definitely were not a hit. I'm not Emeril, but I'm not a beginner either. The meatballs themselves came out fine. The sauce did not. I don't know if I did anything wrong. The jellied cranberry sauce was still kinda jellied, even after heating in a saucepan for a while. I doubled the recipe, yielding about 50. I ate about 15-20 myself, and came home with at least 10 leftover, and a party of about 10-12 people. What did I do wrong? I substituted nothing and read the recipe to a T. Thanks for any insights out there.
