I used this recipe mainly for the sauce, and it was bland. I didn't like it at all.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
These were excellent! Did them exactly as directed, turned out great. The tip is to really freeze the cookie dough and take them out early then you would think they would be ready...I did 16 minutes. Thanks!

Bacon Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2009
This recipe was great! The chicken was very moist and falling right off the bone. Used some onion and chicken stock instead of beef broth. Will make again!

Southwestern Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
Liked this recipe. I used "fiesta style" can corn which has green and red peppers already in it. Added some cayenne pepper, onions, and a dash of red wine vinegar. Also, a teaspoon of sugar makes a huge difference. Very yummy!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
I have tried other enchilada recipes on this site, and this is the best. My boyfriend absolutely loved it. The only things I changed was I added 1/2 the amount of tomato sauce, no water, and added some red bell pepper. DELICIOUS!!!

I thought this recipe was pretty bland even after adding some extra ingredients. I think I will try it again with more sugar this time.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2009
This recipe was excellent and SOOOO easy to make. I was really impressed. I used 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1/4 cup of chicken stock though, thought it might be too vinegary. I also used different herbs that I had on hand and fresh garlic. You can use a variety of herbs for this recipe.

Very delicious banana bread!! Came out great! I substituted the buttermilk for cream, used 3 over ripen bananas, and some cinnamon. Will definitely be my new banana bread recipe.

Mexican Chicken I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This recipe was nothing special. I added corn and cheese on top at the end. I felt like it was missing something. The plus side was the chicken came out really moist. I cooked it at 375 instead of 400. I think the leftover corn and beans mixed with the salsa will be a nice dip though!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
EXCELLENT!!! My boyfriend said it's better than anything you can get in a restaurant, which I agree with. Was told it could use some pepper though. I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen and half-and-half instead of milk. Awesome recipe, thanks!

Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
Very delicious! The boyfriend liked it too. I did change some things. I floured the chicken before cooking, and removed it to cook the veggies. I used some minced garlic, zucchini, and mushrooms also. Adding red wine like others suggested was exactly what this recipe probably needed. I also used italian seasonings. Put it over rice...VERY TASTY!
