Quick and Easy Taco Dip

I've been making a very similar taco dip for years. The only difference is I add an 8 ounce container of sour cream. I also just spread the salsa on top, then the cheese.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Delicious! The only thing I added was vanilla, which I add to almost everything. It only took 15 minutes to bake and they came out very moist. Family loved them!

Very tasty! I used a combination of 3 T. olive oil and 3 T. butter. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I think a little bit of lime juice will be delicious in this recipe. I served it with rice pilaf and mixed vegetables. Loved it!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I make this all the time using ground chicken and iceberg lettuce. I also add more hoisin, about 1/2 c. Sometimes I make it without the water chestnuts and it's just as good. Tastes exactly like PF Chang's!

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere

Amazing! This was my first time cooking mussels, and it was so delicious and easy. The only changes I made was I substituted sliced yellow onions for the green onions and added Italian seasoning because I didn't have parsley. The sauce is to die for. Crusty bread for dipping is a must!

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing

I will never buy bottled balsamic dressing again! I did add 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard the second time I made it, which I think improved the consistency a lot. I also added a little sugar and garlic powder, about 1/4 tsp. I then topped the salad with craisins and pecans. DELICIOUS!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is definitely a keeper! I did add some Italian breadcrumbs and garlic powder based on some of the reviews. I also used low-fat mayo and light butter to make it a little healthier, and it was DELICIOUS. My husband who's not a fish eater even complimented me (again) the next morning!

Chicken Marsala

Now I know why this is one of the most popular recipes in this site! This truly is worthy of 5 stars. I used tenderloins instead of the whole chicken breast (cooked faster and didn't dry out). I browned them in olive oil and butter then took them out. I then sauteed the mushrooms with minced garlic, added 1/2 cup of sweet marsala (I used Nando), deglazed the pan and let it reduce a little bit (didn't use sherry). I added 1 cup chicken broth with 1 T cornstarch, and lastly 2 T of fat free half/half. I put the chicken back in and let everything cook for about 2 minutes. I served it over fettuccini. My family and I LOVED this dish. My son said it was like eating in a restaurant! I will be making this dish often for sure. Thanks for posting this recipe!

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

This is such a delicious and easy recipe! I used 2 14-oz. cans of petite cut diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, and added a bit of red pepper flakes. I'm amazed that a dish this easy and quick to prepare can be SO delicious! I will definitely be making this often. Thanks : )

Baked Pork Chops I

Delicious! I added sauteed mushrooms with garlic and scallions, and worcestershire sauce to the mixture. I used bone-in pork chops and they came out really tender and juicy. I only baked them for a total of 30 minutes and they were perfect. I served it with rice and will try mashed potatoes next time. My family loved it and will be making this often for sure!

Chicken Milano

Adding cornstarch with a bit of water is a must for this recipe. Also, the sauce will thicken up when mixed with the pasta. I do cut the chicken up in cubes before cooking, add sliced mushrooms and use bow tie pasta. As much as possible use fresh basil - it makes a big difference. This is one of our favorite dishes from this site!

Easy Chinese Corn Soup

Easy Baked Tilapia

I've been looking for a good tilapia recipe and this one is a keeper! The fish came out very moist and tender. My husband and kids ate it all up. I did squeeze some lemon juice before baking. Next time I will definitely add more Old Bay. Will make this once a week! Thanks for a great recipe :)
