Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

My family did not like this at all. They said that the chicken had no flavor and the sauce was soupy.

I used rice flour instead of regular flour and wheat-free tamari to make the recipe gluten-free. I cut the sugar in half, and will use even less next time. I also added steamed broccoli to the dish. My family really enjoyed the dish but would like the sauce on the side next time.

Really easy to make. I baked the cookies on convection at 325, as I always overbake cookies. They took a little longer, but came out nice and chewy...just like we like them!

Pinwheel Cookies II

These tasted great, but I had a hard time rolling the log. It may have been to hot here (over 100 degrees). I may have also not made the layers thin enough. They were more like peanut butter chocolate chunk, but they were delicious!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I added mushrooms, carrots and onions. I doubled the sauce recipe, it did not thicken, but had a great flavor.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Instead of 3/4 c of chili sauce, I used 1/4 c and 1/2 c of barbecue sauce. I also used an extra tablespoon of vinegar. I also started the ribs on the grill, instead of the oven. The ribs were fall-off the bone tender and delicious!
