Buttery Soft Pretzels

Had to take them out half a minute early so they didn't burn. Next time might try them more around 425 so they get fully cooked but don't burn on the bottom. They stay soft even after they cool! Yum.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

First time I made it to the exact specifications. Second time I used an 'everything but the kitchen sink' approach and also added 1/4 cup relish, fresh chives from the garden, dill, rosemary, 2 tbsp mustard. Both times were delicious!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

The only change I did was 3/4 cup crushed up spicy pork rinds in place of breadcrumbs because I'm on a low carb diet. My mom dunked hers in barbeque sauce. Delicious!

Spicy Beef Brisket

You definitely have to be a pepper person - but my mom made this recipe 3 times, leaving out the cornstarch and wine, and going heavy on all the spices. It was spicy and delicious each time!

Southwest Pasta Bake

It wasn't all ingredients I had sitting in my cupboard, but it was worth going to the store. I went all-out healthy - fat free kraft cheese, 93% lean ground beef, and whole wheat penne. I used medium picante sauce, would use spicy next time. Over all, a delicious, healthy, and unique-looking caserole.
