Rhubarb Stir Cake
This was a good one mostly because it was sooo easy and you didn't need to get out your beaters. :) I would definitely use about 1/3 cup of white sugar in the batter too - mine was just a tad too tart for my taste, but still good. Extremely moist. Extremely easy.

Classic Macaroni Salad
This was very good. I only used 1/4 cup of sugar though and it still turned out delicious. I didn't have any carrots and so obviously left that out but it was still very delicious. And I also added 6 hard boiled eggs.

Playgroup Granola Bars
I would not change this recipe in the least! I made a double batch and I believe this made them thicker than just a single batch would. They are perfect - absolutely delicious! I can't wait to share them with my coffee/tea time girls! :)
