Sweet Dinner Rolls
I adore this recipe. I've been using it for several months now to make our loaves of bread. After 3.5 years of trying to find the perfect bread recipe, this was it. It tastes a lot like store bought bread, but it's healthier and cheaper! For my son, who is on a casein-free diet, I do sub the cows milk for almond milk and I use coconut oil instead of butter. I also use unbleached white flour in place of the all-purpose and sometimes, when I'm feeling some health convictions, I'll swap out half the white flour for wheat. I should do it more often, but I am just not a fan of whole wheat. :o This recipe has been perfect for my family! Thank you for posting it!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Holy cow! So good! All of my kids loved it and so did my husband and myself. I made 40 servings instead of 8 and froze the rest of it for meals later and I'm so glad I did! It's so flexible, too. I didn't measure the ham, potatoes, celery, or onion. I just chopped up what I had and threw it in the pot. Excellent!
