Blue Cheese Potato Salad
Very, very good. Used more blue cheese, less oil and vinegar and it came out fab. many, many compliments.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Pretty good. I added the onion soup and salt and pepper and cooked it on high for five hours. Will probably make it again.

Stuffed Eggplant Parmesan
Pretty good. I think that next time I will just make the filling as a casserole rather than put it back in the shells.
