Place the raw egg that has been wrapped in onion skins in the center of the cheesecloth square. Carefully pull up two opposite corners and tie snuggly enough to hold the skin on, but not so snug that you end up with scrambled egg. do the same to the remaing two corners (if you prefer, you can pull all corners up at once and tie off with a rubber band or twine)
