Hearty Halibut Chowder
Used fresh caught rockfish. Diced carrots, upped cheese, red pepper flakes and heavy cream. Add cream AFTER fish is cooked, milk/cream curdled. Adding milk AFTER fish cooked would have made it 5 stars.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Happy with this recipe. Only problem was the difficulty in cutting the roast.

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)
Close to home, but the dough MUST rest a good hour in fridge BEFORE deep frying so it'll PUFF up!
