About this Cook
I was fortunate that my mom was able to stay at home and raise us. She taught me to cook. This past year I got married and have been cooking about every night. I really enjoy to cook when I have time. As long as I have a good recipe, I am a pretty good cook.

Dumping an entire batch of chex mix into the oven as I was stirring.

Fresh Salsa I
I used two Roma tomatoes, one small can of tomatoes, a can of RoTel, and lots of cilantro.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I use chicken breasts, and only cook for about 40 minutes. I also double the sauce.
